Parcels are generally dispatched on the same day (before 1pm) or the next working day after receipt of payment. Parcels are shipped via our preferred couriers using a number of delivery options:

• Same day local delivery (Call to ask)
• Click and Collect
• 24hr services
• 48hr services
• 3-5 Working Days

This is chosen during the checkout process.

Some non-stock items may take upto 14 days, where this is the case you will be informed within 24hrs. 

Special Delivery - We can offer next day delivery and timed deliveries where required, these are on a price on application basis so please call us prior to placing your order so we can advise costs. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in a single order, and we will endeavour to group two distinct orders placed separately together, however this cannot be guaranteed. As a result shipping fees may apply to each of them if placed separately. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
